Peer Review Process

The SJRMCS provides a peer reviews process in all the manuscripts that receives it. Peer review is designed to assess the validity, quality and often the originality of articles for publication. It helps validate research, establish a method by which it can be evaluated, and increase networking possibilities within research communities. When a manuscript is submitted to the journal, the editors send it to the reviewers who are considered knowledgeable about the topic. Reviewers evaluate article submissions to journals, based on the requirements of that journal, predefined criteria, and quality, completeness and accuracy of the research presented. They provide feedback on the manuscript and the research, suggest improvements and make a recommendation to the editor about whether to accept, reject or request changes in the manuscript.

Peer review is a process by which experts evaluate scholarly works, and its objective is to ensure a high quality of published. Once an author submits a manuscript through the online submission process, after the screening of editorial board, the editor sends it to reviewers who have knowledge about the topic. The reviewers and the authors, in theory, do not know each others’ identities. Reviewers play a pivotal role in scholarly evaluation for publishing application. They evaluate manuscripts submission to journals, according to that journal, originality, scientific quality, completeness and contribution to the field. They provide feedback on the article to suggest improvements and make a recommendation to the editor about whether to accept, reject or request changes in the application. The editorial team will take a decision on the report that recommend by reviewers. Peer review processing ensures the following benefits.

SJRMCS relies on the blind peer review process to uphold the quality and validity of individual articles and the journals that publish them. The peer review process is seen as the gold standard because it ensures the rigour, novelty, and consistency of academic outputs. Typically, through rounds of review, flawed ideas are eliminated and good ideas are strengthened and improved.



Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.



This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
